"Buffalo Chicken" Salad!

Okay, don't question it. Just love it. And make it. Worry about it tomorrow.

Salad of boston green and red, endive, carrots, red cabbage, cukes, red onions, green peppers. Take your favorite chicken sub such as extra firm (skillet browned) tofu, or chik'n nuggets, or chik'n strips, whatever, and toss those in a "buffalo wing" sauce. Ken's and Buffalo brand are vegan but chemically. Hey, the healthy part is the salad, right? Top your salad with the buffalo "chicken" (but don't use real chickens!! duh!) and toss the whole thing in a ranchy/blue cheesy blend of Vegenaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, basil, oregano, parsley, paprika, pepper, and red wine vinegar to desired texture.
